Feature
- With five linkages, twin gear driven to enhance arm speed and stability, it also increase production output.
- The case is mono-block; it greatly increases the precision of machine.
- The ladle arm forward/return and pouring/scooping are controlled separately by inverters, thereby increasing the ladle speed, easy to operate.
- The linkage model allows the arm to stop smoothly even at high speed. Preventing the molten aluminum from easily spilling.
- The electrical components are controlled by PLC, using simple touch for setting, with build-in error code display for easier maintenance.
- Main partsand electrical components adopt the imported parts (such as NSK bearing, KOYO encoder and CPG reducer etc,).
- It is driven by the five-bar linkage and worm and gear, and regulated by frequency converter, which Is controlled by the Imported PLC and frequency converter.
- The man-machine interface touch screen in Chinese language is adopted to conveniently set various parameters and conduct real-time monitoring over the machine status. Also, fault self-diagnosis display function is provided.
- The driving parts adopt the imported bearingsand self-lubricating bearings to improve the performance stability.
- With the probe broken-wire alarm function.
- The feeding volume is controlled by the imported encoder for easy adjustment and digital control. The feeding volume can be increased or decreased at manual/outomatic state stably.
- It can work singly and can become a full-automatic equipment through wiring with the die casting machine sprayer and extractor.
- It has many standby modes. There are two operation modes of manual/automatic, three standby modes of front standby, rear standby and linkage control.
